Marilyn Morris

Marilyn is a creative and charismatic recording engineer originally from Santa Cruz, California. She moved to Los Angeles to attend the USC School of Cinematic Arts where she studied cinema production with an emphasis on production and post-production sound. Marilyn worked at Bell Sound Studios for six years, specializing in sound design, ADR recording, and mixing. She recently returned to the Bay Area upon being hired at Skywalker Sound, which was always one of her professional goals. Marilyn looks forward to returning to Los Angeles at the end of the year to refocus her career on ADR and studio recording. She plays trumpet in a ska band, brews her own beer, watches cartoons, loves Disneyland, and can't get enough of Dolby Atmos, documentary film, and Cuba.
