I am a graduate of Belmont University Mike Curb College of Music and Entertainment Business with a Bachelor of Business in Product Development and a Bachelor of Science in Audio Video Production. I also hold a Masters of Arts in Digital Media Technology and Design from Dublin institute of Technology. I have significant global experience within concert and event production, and I am skilled in creative digital media design processes.
My thesis studies involved devising future marketing techniques for physical recorded media using the DVDplus disk system. I recorded and mixed an album, and then created a series of music videos to accompany the CD. This involved scripting, casting, filming, editing, and animating (using Flash and After Effects).
I received many awards and academic honours for creative writing throughout my scholastic career, and I was active in my undergraduate University’s radio, television, and newspaper, focusing primarily on exposing new musical acts. I have been published by online career magazine Experience.com, and I am an active entertainment production volunteer, working previously at Dublin Absolut Fringe Festival (5 years), Dublin Dance Festival (5 years), SXSW (Austin, Texas), Country Radio Seminar (CRS), Nashville New Music Festival (2 years), Nashville Riverstages (3 years), Amnesty International’s Rhythm & Rights Campaign (6 years), and many other music industry events. I am also an accomplished musician and avid amateur photographer, choosing primarily to focus on concert and events.
