Samantha Gattsek

Hello! I’m Samantha. I love reading and listening to stories, and have found my passion lies in helping others tell their story. I’ve worked for the past thirteen years as an audio engineer, sound designer and mixer in radio. For the past two years I’ve been immersed in the podcast world — and that’s where I’ve found my passion. Podcasting has allowed me to create beautiful stories and meet the fascinating people behind them. I’m currently pursuing my bachelors degree in journalism, something that I believe will enhance my story telling ability. I am a New York native and current resident, sharing my home with two cats. When I’m able to, I love escaping the city and surrounding myself in nature. I can usually be found with a coffee in my left hand…and a donut in my right.
