Katy Parsons

I currently design and install audiovisual systems, for custom exhibits, for clients across the world. I have a decade of professional experience in the music and entertainment industries, previously being based in Nashville and Los Angeles. I have experience as a backline tech (specifically drums/keys), as a ME, overseeing lighting package tour preps, running live visuals (vjing) and creating custom video content, advancing, logistics planning, and designing show control/media systems. I hold a BFA in Studio Art and a MA in Modern Art Theory, Critique, and History - both degree studies focused on New Media Art. I worked the festival circuit for many years including Forecastle, Bonnaroo, Firefly, Hard Summer, EDC, and Big Ears, among others. I also worked with WWE on many RAW, Hall of Fame, and Wrestlemania events. I have a strong passion for all things audio/visual and love to challenge myself with new system integration.
