Audio Tech Manager from Gulfport, United States
I am an audio engineer with 18+ years of experience in live sound engineering, Live Show Production, and technical troubleshooting. My live sound preference is Christian and Gospel music but I am open to other genres. I also do freelance audio editing for commercials and productions. I have a Bachelors degree in Music Production from Berklee College of Music and I am pursuing my own business in audio consulting. My love for music and engineering has followed me from a very young age and is thus the focus of the work I do today. People go throughout their entire lives searching for that purpose and trying to hone their gifts. When I work with live sound, in whatever capacity, I feel I’ve found my purpose and understand it’s my job to further hone my skills and make the most of my gift. I enjoy it; I love the creation of beautiful mixes by blending individual voices and instruments into one sound that the audience enjoys. Being a part of the process of making music has allowed me to work with some incredibly talented musicians, capturing their vision of sound and reproducing it in a live environment. I feel blessed to contribute to music that brings joy to its listeners; music that moves, inspires, and makes them happy. Although I am more drawn to the gospel genre of music, I aspire to be the best at my craft in this type of music, regardless of what genre it falls under. My goal is for my work to be a reflection of excellence. When people listen to my work, I’d like them to feel the passion in the mix. I’d like them to know that my work is done carefully and not rushed, that it is a work of perfection.
