In 2010, frustrated with the lack of women's history programming, I created The History Chicks Podcast as a way to tell the often-overlooked stories of the women who've gone before us. The History Chicks garners an audience **in the top 1% of all podcasts worldwide**. We have been featured on the Biography Channel, and are part of the Panoply/Slate network of shows. But this is not your traditional history lesson; my co-host Susan Vollenweider and I bring in pop culture, personal stories, recipes, and trivia to make history come alive! Our shows are used as part of the curriculum in schools across the country.
