I'm an artist manager, based in Reykjavík, Iceland and Los Angeles. I currently co-own and operate Iceland Sync Management, a talent management and overall label services company with Soffia Kristin Jonsdottir. Our main focus at Iceland Sync is to discover, nurture and deliver amazing music to listeners and structure the business part for the artists as fair pay for play, so they can focus on their creations. I'm part of Keychange, led by PRS Foundation and supported by European Union. It's a international initiative which empowers women to transform the future of music and encourages festivals to achieve a 50:50 gender balance by 2022.
