Audrey Niksic

Hello! I am Audrey Niksic, I am 19 years old and have a passion for audio mixing for live bands. Although I am going to school for Women's Studies, I am very skilled in the world of audio mixing. I am an active volunteer at CJSW 90.9fm, I have done live sound mixing for over 25 bands in the past year at both the CJSW studio and at the McHugh House live music venue in Calgary. I am not familiar with digital soundboards but excel in analogue consoles. I would love to gain more experience and am willing to do volunteer work for interested parties. I am also a musician in a local band, so I understand both the technical, and performance side of live music. I am mostly interested in electronic, experimental, punk, post punk, new wave and dark wave genres. I have included a sample of one of the live performances I engineered for CJSW.
