VAZ

VAZ is a Scandinavian producer duo consisting of sisters Jenny and Cecilia Vaz. VAZ were nominated for two Swedish Grammys ”Producer of the Year” and ”Best Alternative Pop” in 2017 for their album NECESSARY and has been featured in everything from HBO Series to Adidas and H&M Global campaigns. The duo’s live shows has made them a hot pick for underground scenes and festivals around Europe. Last year VAZ was chosen for the acclaimed Red Bull Sound Select project and this year they opened for acclaimed bands such as Little Dragon and Ibeyi. VAZ eclectic productions and Afro-futuristic sound drew sparkling reviews with the release of their debut albums NECESSARY, Pt I & II. With the album, split in two releases, the sisters showcased their producer skills as well as their innovative DIY methods, creating everything from music to visual concept and graphic design. VAZ is also the sole creators of the equality music project Studio XX and Studio XX Camps supporting female and non binary producers and artist in the music business.
