Emma Howitt

I am a FOH Engineer, Monitor Engineer and stage hand living and working in Brisbane, Australia. I recently finished my Bachelor of Audio at SAE Institue in West End. I am a FOH & Monitor engineer with HazzardSound, as well as a freelance engineer from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast and everywhere in between! Even though I have only been in the industry for around two years, I have achieved a lot in that short amount of time! I was a stage manager at BIGSOUND 2022, stagehand/patch at The Long Sunset, and was one of the founders and FOH for BabeFest. I’ve been FOH and monitor engineer at the Wynnum Fringe Festival, FOH and monitors for multiple musicals/theatre shows (Brisbane Arts Theatre, Redcliffe Musical Theatre and ROAR Academy), as well as a casual stagehand with All Access Crewing. Alongside that I have a continuous run of clients like local cover band FatChance and TenorUs, as well as one off freelance gigs across SE QLD.
