Alexis Price

Alexis Price has experienced many different aspects of the music industry since she began her career. She graduated magna cum laude from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Business/Management. While at Berklee, Alexis studied violin and was the student manager for The Wayfaring Strangers and Tobacco Mosaic. Following Berklee, she worked in New York City as an artist/tour/merch manager for Medeski Martin & Wood, The Wood Brothers, and Marc Ribot. While on the road with MMW, Alexis learned about live audio recording which became essential later on in her career. In 2008, Alexis joined the classical recording company Soundmirror, Inc. as the Studio Manager and currently oversees all business operations. Soundmirror specializes in audiophile quality classical, opera, and acoustic music recording on location, in surround or stereo, wherever music is performed. Under Alexis' management, Soundmirror recordings have earned 57 Grammy Nominations and 16 Grammy Awards.
